It envisions communities where the lack of infrastructure does not hinder individuals from achieving their dreams and where every person has the opportunity to grow as a person and a professional.

Our aim is to serve as a partner to African communities, with a particular focus on contributing to healthcare and education sector initiatives.

The initiative is inspired by the personal story of its founder, Dr. Nsehniitooh Appolinarise, who grew up in a rural setting in Cameroon and faced significant challenges to access education and healthcare. Our founder’s journey from a child in a rural community to an emergency medicine physician in the United States underscores the transformative power of education and healthcare access. His background serves as a compelling narrative that drives Impact’s initiative’s mission and vision. As our founder was awarded educational opportunities rarely found in disadvantaged communities, we seek to further the cycle of enabling the leaders of tomorrow access to the services they need to flourish today.
